Had such a pleasant experience at The Cat Café @ Rail Mall! 🐱 It’s a toddler-friendly place as all the cats are super friendly and freely roaming around. My little one enjoyed every moment, especially watching and joining in during feeding time — the cats were just too cute! 🐾 The staff were really warm and accommodating, even letting us feed some of their in-house treats to the cats, which made the experience extra fun and interactive. We also got to learn more about their personalities while spending time with them. Special shoutout to my favourites — Kopi, Mochi, Chacha & Mudmite! 💕 Highly recommend for cat lovers or families looking for a cozy and unique outing.
Had a fun experience with the cats, the atmosphere was calming as there were not many people due to covid (can only allow certain amount of people for entry). The drinks were good, it has cute lids to prevent cat fur caught inside the drinks.
Really nice and chill cafe, pcked with cats that has been taken care well, including neutered and vaccines. Please note that cats are not circus trained, so don’t expect that they will come to your whim, instead give them some space, and (cross your finger) they will come to you to relax and snuggle
highly recommend! convenient location, clean cafe, with friendly staffs who patiently explained cat cafe rules and also introduced the cats and their personality to us. had a very pleasant experience here and i think its quite value for money, will return!
Went at a bad timing because most of the kitties were snoozinggggggggggggg and only got more active when we were about to leave. Overall experience was great, nice quiet and cosy ambience. Lovely place for a date hehe
Cute cozy clean place. Staff friendly, polite and explains everything to you, the do's and don't's. We ordered hot chocolate and brownies. Brownies was good, hot chocolate wasn't very chocolaty but this is personal preference. The cats were pretty tamed you can pet them but cannot carry them which is fine. It was lovely to be in the atmosphere of these darlings. Price is 1 person for 2 hours even if you're late your 2 hour slot will just get shorter. Once you're done at the cashier you remove your shoes before entering. There's tables and floor seating. They sell cute souvenirs like cat pins and cat key chains. Booking the tix thru klook I actually called in to book my time slot as the online booking platform didn't have the timing I wanted. But you can book either way. So once you book tix you need to book timeslot as well.
The cats are super clean and friendly. This experience totally changed my view on cats, didn’t expect them to be so docile and clean. But do understand that cats love their boundaries, so do respect that and only pet them if they’re comfortable with you :) They’re also very nocturnal as they start getting more active when it’s nearer to night time (around 5pm ish). Will definitely visit again!
Very chilled vibe. Went at 1pm and most of the cats were napping. Still allowed to pat them even though they were resting. Took the chance to eat/drink/chat with friends. Most of the cats woke up around 2pm and was starting roaming around the cafe more. The staffs would play and talk to the cats to encourage them to move around or play with customers - which was helpful for cats who are more reserved. Overall a good place to chill at.
Accessible as near to bugis mrt. Cafe is serene and the kitties are so adorable. To catch the kitties when they’re most active, plan your visit before lunch time or in the evening as it's around feeding time. Was there at 3pm, usually find most of the kitties napping the afternoon away and start ti be more active near 5pm.
A novel place to bring kids to appreciate cats. These aren't fancy cats, but adopted strays. So in a way, it's supporting the community who cares for strays. Cats are friendly and docile. Food is standard cafe fare and variety is limited. Air-conditioning a tad on the warm side.
