We booked for a deluxe package but unfortunately we didn’t received the full service as per the inclusions. I felt like i only paid for a basic hammam when i have chosen the deluxe one. There were no facility for mud bath, fish spa, and face mask. Im kinda disappointed as i was looking for a complete experience that’s why i upgraded for a deluxe package. I messaged the tour operator and klook and they have promptly refunded half of the price of my booking. My husband did really enjoyed the massage as he wasn’t really keen at first. Overall service was great from hotel pick up to hammam bath I would have greatly appreciated it if I had experienced the full service.
It was not good. The woman in charge was wonderful and used just the right amount of pressure. I was satisfied and returned to the reception desk, but they told me to wait. 20 minutes passed, then 30, and when I asked if it was still over, they said the person who came in the same car hadn't finished yet. In the end, that person finished 50 minutes after me. During that time, I was made to wait in a room without air conditioning, so I was sweating when I left (there was a fan running at the front desk). I felt like my experience was ruined. I don't think this would happen even if the shuttle service was included.
