Cathedral of Seville and Giralda Tour

Hector, the guide, is very knowledgeable and accommodating and enthusiastic in sharing his knowledge! The church also has very nice architecture.

Small group of 7 pax in this tour. We were assigned a Knowledgeable guide which bring us back to the history of this place.

We arrived at Plaza at 3:50 as promised, but we did n’t see the tour guide but only saw the white umbrella and could n’t find it. And the response from online chat is super slow. It was only 4:50 before replying to me that we could join again tomorrow, but we are leaving the city the next day. And the phone notification is 5 o'clock an hour late. Trouble please refund.

Activity not too bad. Took a while to climb the bell tower, and quite crowded at the top. A bit rushed, but the guide has provided the history and information. Only thing to note is that the gathering location provided is incorrect in the Klook voucher.

I would’ve given it 5 stars if not for the meetup hiccup because of Klook’s poor information and instruction. Klook combined the meet-up information for Real Alcazar and the Giralda Cathedral. They provided the Real Alcazar meetup point, which was WRONG. We ended up hanging around for 30 minutes, approaching random groups and tour guides to check if they were our tour group. I had the sense to walk around the circumference of the church and found our tour guide, patiently waiting by the fountain instead. Instead of being annoyed at me for being late, our tour guide, Clara, was very happy to see me and understanding. She didn’t let the lateness affect the overall mood of the tour. She was professional and pleasant. In fact, she was very knowledgeable, sharing with us a lot of information that we didn’t know through our prior research. She was chatty, and was very patient, bringing us through each room of the cathedral even though we were running overtime. Clara was also very well prepared with her tablet, referring to zoomed in pictures, allowing us to visualize what she was referring to. Apart from the meetup hiccup, I would definitely recommend the tour and especially Clara as your guide! Very worth it!

the tour guide is very professional and well prepared. Clara not only told me the fascinating history of the Cathedral but also showed us pictures on her iPad to emphasize important facts. The meeting point from Klook is incorrect though, the whole group waited us as seemed that we were late but we were actually there 30 mins in advance the meeting time. The correct meeting point is by the fountain square (Plaza Virgen de los Reyes) not Plaza del Triunfo, Sevilla

Professional guide commentary, you can go in without waiting in line, this price is very good

It is recommended to lead a tour guide to be able to stand up with a sign or Klook's sign is almost placed. Pigeons have to call customer service.

The English of the tour guide is very good. In addition to the small things in the church, you can ask for advice on food, clothing, living and entertainment in Sevilla.
