- This offer is only applicable to Eligible Guest who purchase the following Package(s) (“Package(s)”) consisting of (i) entry(ies) to the “Magic FUN Fest – Presented by AIA Vitality” "Frozen 3K” Race on November 28, 2026 (“Race”) and its associated activities (“Event”) in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and (ii) the following admission ticket(s) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) (“Offer Ticket(s)”)via the Designated Sales Channels between May 27, 2026 to October 4, 2026:(a) one entry to the Race and one 1-Day General Admission or Child/Senior Park Ticket (“1-Day Offer Ticket”)
- Each Package may only be used by the Eligible Guest purchasing the Package or one family member or friend of such Eligible Guest (each a “Participating Guest”)
- Issue and use of the Package(s) and participation in the Event are subject to the terms and conditions of the Event available at http://x.hkdl.hk/2026MRFTNC (“Event Terms and Conditions”)
- Package and/or any of its components not used in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions and/or the Event Terms and Conditions will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund
- Race admission and entries and Offer Tickets must be used by the same Participating Guest on their respective validity date(s). HKITP may require the Participating Guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose
- Participating Guest is required to complete the Event’s registration on the Event registration website designated by HKITP
- In completing the Event registration, Participating Guest is required to (i) input the unique access code (“Access Code”) provided in the Race registration notice; (ii) name of the Participating Guest and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require
- Each Participating Guest is required to complete Event registration on or before October 4, 2026. Access Code not used on the validity date will be void without compensation, exchange and/ or refund
- Each Access Code may be used once only
- HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these Offer Terms and Conditions and/or the Event Terms and Conditions; (ii) change the prices and validity for any tickets, tours, offers, promotions; (iii)designate or change any block-out dates, and/or (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation,exchange and/or refund
Offer Ticket Terms and Conditions
- Each 1-Day Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by one Participating Guest on any day during the period from November 26, 2026 to December 3, 2026.
- Offer Tickets not used during the respective validity periods stated in paragraph A.1 will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund
- Offer Tickets are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
- Upon entry to the Park, each Participating Guest is required to present his/her Offer Ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The Offer Ticket, hand stamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If the Participating Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited: passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).# Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the OfferTicket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the Offer Ticket cannot be verified by HKITP
- All Participating Guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota.Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full
- Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this offer
- HKITP reserves the right to select or change the travel agencies and/or sales channels designated for this offer
- HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from timeto time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund
- HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Package or Offer Ticket, and/or withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its solejudgment (i) the Package, Offer Ticket and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Offer Terms and Conditions and/or Event Terms and Conditions is violated ornot complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require
- HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these Offer Terms and Conditions and/or the Event Terms and Conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product,service, offer, discount or promotion; and/or (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation,exchange and/or refund
Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer Ticket Upgrade
- On the Park visit day only, a Participating Guest using an 1-Day Offer Ticket may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the MainEntrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. Forthe avoidance of doubt, an upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day
- On the Park visit day only, a Participating Guest using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) by paying the applicable price difference in person,calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than theOffer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the Participating Guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. Offer Tickets used to upgrade to Magic Access membership shall become void without compensation, exchange and/or refund upon the purchase of such membership. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the OfferTicket is used
- For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket:(a) in respect of Offer Tickets:(i) each 1-Day Offer Ticket is valued at HK$759 (General Admission) or HK$569 (Child/ Senior) respectively;(ii) each 2-Day Offer Ticket is valued at HK$859 (General Admission) or HK$669 Child/ Senior) respectively; and(b) the regular price of the selected 2-Day Ticket or Magic Access (as the case may be) at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply
- Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/

- This offer and the issue thereof are provided by the Designated Sales Channels and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. The Designated Sales Channels do not provide the offer or redemption thereof on behalf of, or as agent of, HKITP or any of its affiliates. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the conduct by or activities of the Designated Sales Channels. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, taxes, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature)suffered by the Eligible Guest or any other person resulting from or in connection with this offer. - Duplicate Offer Tickets will not be accepted. Offer Tickets are void if they are incomplete, altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage,forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets shall be final and conclusive
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these Offer Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail
- These Offer Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive
- In case of any disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer

If you're a Disney lover, this is an event you should definitely attend at least once!! Not only can you step into the park before it opens in the morning, but you can also enter cast-member-only areas, see character costumes exclusive to the event, and enjoy a 60-minute meet-and-greet up close. Lingering to interact with characters for extended periods during the race is prohibited, but quick selfies are fine. To participate, you must register after purchase and pick up your race bib and T-shirt one day before the event. Please be aware.

The staff's service was really great. I bought a ticket for the 5K marathon, but I was sick that day and couldn't participate in the morning. However, I was able to participate in the 3K marathon the next day and received two medals. It was a great experience 😉😉😉 I want to try the 5K next year!!
