New merchants joining KLook are in trouble. It's totally not cost-effective, it's a lie, it's equipment from thirty years ago. When we got there, the glass door was locked. We didn't know we had a reservation, so we worked on it for ten minutes and kept calling to ask. There is no comparison with Diora in Bangkok. It's not worth half the price. We were told from the beginning that there would be no steaming service today and the local cloth for the towels would be too old. There was no hot towel to wipe off the massage oil for us. Super bad experience. A complete waste of three hours. Definitely don't try it. There is no value of money at all. I was expecting a decent spa. We paid the price similar to what we spent in Bangkok's Diora. This one is 30 years old equipment and decoration. The towel is old. They are the new joiner of KLook, we are absolutely disappointed to try something new in KLook. They didnt realized there is a reservation amd the front door was locked. It took them 10 mins to clarify what is happening. After oil massage, they didnt use hot towel on our body . I don't think it is the staff issue. It is pretty how the hotel can set this high price with such a quality. Waste three hours of our valuable travel time.
