- Opening hours: 9:30-22:00 (last admission at 21:30)
- Ticket collection: No ticket exchange is required. Enter the scenic area by presenting the ID (passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents) that was used when booking.

- Stand higher, see more, the scenery is different because of the height, and the infinite scenery is in the high altitude.
- "Top of the Mountain City Chongqing Eye" Yangtze River Cableway aerial viewing platform is a gathering place for urban landscapes from God's perspective, a popular photo check-in spot for Chongqing photography circles, and has "Cloud Radio" and "Cloud Blessing" projects.
- On the 67th floor indoor viewing platform and the 69th floor helipad viewing platform, you can enjoy a 360° unobstructed, all-round panoramic view of the Chongqing forest, overlooking the scenery on both sides of the two rivers and four banks. During the day, look up at the vast blue sky and look down at the continuous buildings; at night, the stars are shining overhead and the lights of thousands of homes are under your feet, bringing tourists a unique viewing experience of the sky city "Skywalker".

- For safety reasons, to ensure that all visitors can access the rooftop observation deck while also meeting safety needs, the scenic area stipulates that during peak hours, all visitors must not exceed 20 minutes from the 68th floor to the rooftop observation deck. The rooftop platform will be cleared every 20 minutes, and all visitors must follow the instructions of the management personnel and leave the observation platform in an orderly manner. - Peak hours are adjusted according to the number of visitors and are not specifically time-bound, and visitors will be informed on-site by the scenic area management personnel.
- Children 130 cm and below in height are free of charge.

We used the QR code provided by Klook for direct entry. The 67th floor offers a 360-degree window view with air conditioning, making it a perfect spot to enjoy coffee and relax until sunset and nightfall. The 68th floor features an open-air 360-degree viewing platform, where we had a fantastic time taking in the sights and capturing beautiful photos. There were photographers offering to take free pictures, but they later charge RMB 30 per photo—you can simply decline if you're not interested. Visiting during the shoulder season made the experience even better, as it was less crowded and more relaxing!

Received the actual ticket via email 1 day before the visit. Scan ticket directly at Level 67 entrance. Easy and convenient! Went on a Monday afternoon, very few people. Super sunny and hot with no shelter at the outdoor deck. Overall, worth the visit for the price paid.
