Luggage Information

• Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs
• 1 large item of hold luggage (75cm x 50cm x 32cm, maximum weight 20kg) and 1 soft item of hand luggage (45cm x 35cm x 20cm, maximum weight 10kg) per adult are allowed on the coaches
• Hand luggage must be placed under the seat in front of passengers or in an overhead locker
• 2 medium items (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) with a maximum weight of 20kg each may be carried instead of 1 large item, subject to availability
• Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. GBP 15 per additional luggage item for a single journey

• If you have lost or left an item behind, contact National Express Lost Property Team. Please be advised that a handling fee ranging from GBP 10 - GBP 20 will be applied if your item is found

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
• Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Child (3-15)
• Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket
• Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 14-15 may travel alone, starting at 05:00 and reaching their destination by 22:00. Unaccompanied children will be required to show proof of age or present a signed permission letter from their parent or guardian (SMS or chat-based messages are not accepted)
