The experience is good. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with in-room meals. It is close to Vientiane City and is convenient for walking around and eating. There is a smart food delivery robot🤖, and takeaways can be delivered to the room👍🏻

Arrived a few hours early, and the front desk quickly helped us check into the room, saving a lot of time. The service was excellent, the room was clean, and we will choose to stay here again next time.

A surprisingly pleasant stay! This time we stayed in the Octonauts themed room, and the kids had a great time. The suite had everything we needed, and I especially appreciated that the hair dryer was a Dyson brand. However, it's a bit strange that a five-star hotel doesn't have a swimming pool.
