You must redeem this voucher at the PARISCityVISION office. However, the operators of the big bus are kind enough to take you to the big bus info center, which is a short walk to PARISCityVISION. From there, you can get a big bus voucher you can present directly to the bus driver. The big bus ticket (a pink one, from the driver) will be valid on the day it is issued, unless you exchange it after 4pm, in which case, it will be valid until the next day. The Louvre ticket can only be redeemed on the day of your visit from PARISCityVISION. This comes with an audio guide from PARISCityVISION, for which you get after leaving a 30euro deposit for each unit (do not forget/lose your deposit stub). the audio guide turned out to be very helpful since it highlights about 30 pieces of art in the Louvre. Once you get in, it is easy to get overwhelmed so just follow the audio guide and map. Following the red highlights takes two hours while adding the blue ones takes another 30mins. you can also easily spend time at the pyramid entrance or the tuilleries garden.
Went to the office to collect physical ticket however was asked to return after 10 am, was unlucky almost got my backpack robbed outside the office. For Asian tourist need to be careful with your valuables, the robber was a group of underage girls asking your signature and try to pull your backpack from behind. I punched the girl chest and she let go my bag. When I returned to office the staff mentioned there was an error on my booking she was kind to help me rebook for louvre museum. Bear in mind the museum is packed Everyday need to get in early. Please be careful in tourist area and never carry backpack as is easy to get robbed.
