General Rules:
- Check-in: Between 15:00 to 23:00; Check-out: By 12:00 to avoid a PHP7500 fine
- No early check-in or late check-out permitted
- No smoking inside premises. Pets and inflatable pools are prohibited
- Maintain cleanliness; caretakers are not househelps
- Properly segregate trash in the kitchen
- Do not rearrange furniture
Headcount
- Maximum occupancy: 20 persons; includes maids and drivers
- Children under 2 exempt if sharing a bed with parent/guardian
Visitors
- Visitors not allowed inside premises
Security Deposit
- Security deposit: PHP5000; refundable upon inspection
- Claims for damages deducted from deposit; uprooting plants incurs fines
- Guests encouraged to return misplaced items; full repayment for damages exceeding deposit
Events, Parties, etc.
- Inquire about event packages; use gazebo and garden for events
- Set up events allowed in gazebo and front garden only
- No indoor events or setups; guests to arrange necessary equipment
- Caretakers not obligated for event assistance; additional services upon request
- Undisclosed events fined PHP10000; unauthorized preparations fined PHP20000
- Pet entry fined PHP10000
