Gozo, Comino and The Blue Lagoon Trip from Sliema

The holidays in Malta is not complete without visiting the two islands, Gozo and Comino. Highly recommended when you visit Malta. I had a great time strolling Victoria, Gozo and a refreshing swim into the Blue Lagoon in Comino.

The meeting point is easy to find. Due to local government regulations, you need to register your preferred time and number of people visiting the Blue Lagoon on the official website before departure. On the day of the tour, you will take a 1.5-hour ferry to Gozo Island, arriving around 12 PM. On the island, a minibus will take everyone to Victoria, the island's center. The driver will pick you up at the same location at 1:50 PM to return to the pier. After boarding the boat, it's a 5-minute ride to Comino Island, where you'll stay for 1 hour and 20 minutes. You can swim, or take a walk to see the Blue Lagoon. The boat's slide will also be open. The return trip is at 4 PM. Choose the left side of the boat for the return journey, as the captain will navigate close to the cliffs of Comino Island.

I recommend this to those who want to go on a tour from Malta to Comino or Gozo Island. The tour departed from Sliema, where my accommodation was, so it was easy to access, and the time allocation at the destination seemed appropriate. The weather was also nice, so I had a great time.

Although the boat is very big, there are so many people. The whole two floors of the boat are full. I didn’t expect that the sailing only takes one and a half hours to reach Gozo Island. I can only take you to the city center and not go anywhere else, just for sightseeing and eating. It’s a little bit inferior to the Blue Lagoon. It’s really great to play in the water. I really think it would be better if the time could be longer, but it’s a pity that the sailing time really takes up too much.

We gathered at the port and set off. Although there were a lot of people on the boat, it was not crowded. The whole trip was very cost-effective for people who didn't have much time to stay in Malta. We could visit many must-see attractions at once. The Blue Lagoon was beautiful, but there were so many people that we didn't dare to go into the water.

During this activity, I feel that all the attractions are worth visiting. The ship company's schedule and tour bus pick-up are very convenient. The staff is warm and service-oriented. We had a pleasant holiday.

I think the one-day tour to Gozo and Comino was great. After arriving in Gozo, there was a tour bus to Victoria, which was a big plus. It is worth recommending.
