Great! The meeting point is right next to the church. For a reasonable price, you can skip the line and enter the church directly. The tour guide's explanations are very clear. Highly recommended! Plus, your ticket grants you access to a small museum at the meeting point where you can take close-up pictures of the church dome!

Baihua Cathedral has dedicated personnel to quickly lead the tour to avoid long queues and save a lot of time. I went to the site in person and found that the queue for free tickets was very long.

Very insightful tour, but only lasted 15 minutes. Guide was knowledgeable but she only explained subjects within the church and therefore the whole tour was rather short.

I booked a trip at three o'clock in the afternoon, found the wrong meeting point, and ended up being five minutes late and the building was empty. I asked customer service if I could change to another group, because it was not possible because it was full, and there was no refund after the deadline. So I had to buy the bell tower + church tickets on site for 20 euros per person. Later I found out that you still need to buy a separate ticket to go to the bell tower. If you buy this guided tour and want to enter the bell tower, you have to buy the church ticket again. Anyway, spend money to buy experience. If you want to participate in the guided tour, you must confirm the meeting point first. Missing out is a waste of money.

It was very bad. There were many groups at the scene, and I couldn’t find which group they were. The meeting place was not clearly marked, and there was no prior notification letter. When I called the contact number, the machine answered the call in an unknown language (non-English), which made it completely confusing. If you don’t join the group, you can’t get a refund. Most of the Italian klook groups I participated in were like this, and I was very disappointed. Already reported to customer service.

Guide did not arrive. No tesponse from Klook or the agent for refund.
