Reviews
Highly recommended! Was a little concerned when I read we were going to be out between 11-2pm but everything was organized perfectly. The first two islands were beautiful and snorkeling was great - fins were provided too :) Was also a little sad when I found out on the way to the port that there’s no swimming on the third island but even that was perfect. There was a big cafe there to get food and drinks, plenty of photo opportunities. The lunch provided was VERY generous. The dishes kept coming and everyone looked surprised at the amount we could choose from xD The guides were also kind and friendly :)
A truly worthwhile experience, I didn't expect such great value for money! Lunch was indeed quite good, and the activities were well-planned. The water slide was especially fun, and there were no extra charges during the process. The tour guide was very attentive and responsible. My friend and I accidentally boarded the wrong bus on the way back. At the time, we thought they had just switched to a different bus to pick us up, so we just vaguely followed the crowd and got on. Luckily, it was the same travel agency, and the guide quickly checked the roster, found us on the other bus, and arranged how to get us back to our hotel. We were a bit touched when he told us he had been looking for us, even though it was our fault for not checking the bus number before getting on.
Enjoy a full day, including lunch on the boat (you can see the lunch in the picture; essentially, they aim for about eight to ten people per table). This package also includes water activities, free time at the beach, and round-trip transfers. You can't beat the price (when I bought it, it was about 230 HKD per person, same price for adults and children). You can borrow snorkeling masks to use in the sea. The only minor drawback is that the itinerary is a bit rushed, with short stops at the first two islands. The beach stop is over an hour, but it's still not enough time because there are so many scenic spots for photos. Even if you don't want to get in the water, you can still explore the island. However, please note that if you want to sit on a beach chair, it costs around VDN$100,000 per chair. It's a bit difficult to find a shaded spot, but if you walk a little further, you might find one. It's important to be careful when getting on and off the boat. There are many boat planks tied together between the disembarkation point and the shore, and the waves cause them to move frequently. Also, the height difference between the steps is quite significant. You need to be very careful when crossing, and watch out for nail heads on the wooden planks. I saw an elderly person fall on the outer boat plank. Please prioritize safety.
Our tour was very organized, led by Huang, who picked us up in a luxury Aston Martin bus. We were picked up and taken to the port, arriving at the three islands. The first two islands were for snorkeling, and the last island was for water activities like banana boating and parasailing. We only had time for pictures and to change our clothes before heading back to our hotel. We also had lunch, which included various seafood and vegetables. I really liked their soy sauce, though I've forgotten its name. They also provided snorkeling gear for free. Additionally, they dropped us off early.
The boat is very large and well-equipped, with the crew at your service. The snorkeling gear is excellent. We were able to see fish, crabs, and an octopus, all while respecting the corals. I highly recommend this day trip.
The tour was organized. The snorkeling at the first island is OK. The snorkeling at the second island is the best. There is a slide attached to our boat, adding more fun for the trip. The lunch on the boat is decent. A lot of food. The third island is beautiful but rather busy. We brought our beach towels and sat on the beach for resting. The road for our big bus to the port is rather small and busy. I wonder it is better to take tourists by van. Because the traffic tram actually consumed 30 minutes on the bus.
We were picked up at Htl An Phu at 08.15. The trip to the harbor arrived at around 10.15. There were 2 islands visited for snorkeling. Free Lunch in the boat at around 13.15. The last visit to May Rut Island, get off and have a drink at the cafe and get a 10% discount by wearing the John's Tour bracelet. Arrive back to the hotel at around 17.35
We were picked up at An Phu Htl at 08.15. The journey to the harbor took about 1 hour. There were 3 stops on the islands. Free vegetarian lunch at exactly 13.15. The final stop at May Rut stopped at a cafe for drinks. Arrived at the hotel exactly at 17.30
“I went on a tour and it exceeded all expectations! I really liked the atmosphere and attention to detail. The adrenaline was off the charts, but it was absolutely safe. The staff was polite and helped at every stage. I recommend it to anyone who wants bright emotions and unforgettable impressions.”
Everyrhing was excellent. There was a bit of overlook that there was no clear indication about the vessel to go to, after the get-off from the pick-up bus. There are interesting rock features along the sailing.
