We purchased 3 x $40 vouchers for 3 people, but when we arrived, the shop was closed, despite website and doorsign stating that they were open at the time we went. 2 of us visited on another occasion and we then had to purchase more than we wanted as we were unable to split the vouchers. No apology was given. 2 stars given because the coffee was good, but very disappointing service.
