  • [About the Service] We only offer small, all-inclusive tours with no shopping stops or forced spending! Our concierge service is available online in Chinese/English throughout your trip. The fee includes the driver's meals, with no extra expenses required!

  • [Regarding Park Entry] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents for entry. Please be sure to bring the same ID you used when placing your order. If you cannot enter the scenic area due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
  • [About Tickets] - Jiuzhaigou: Includes admission ticket and sightseeing bus; - Huanglong: Includes admission ticket, upper cable car ticket, excludes summit battery car (¥20), and lower cable car ticket (¥40); - Excludes tickets for X scenic spots: Panda Valley scenic area ticket (¥55), Dujiangyan scenic area ticket (¥80), Sanxingdui Museum ticket (¥72). The above tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting the concierge (excluding the Huanglong lower cable car);
  • [Special Note - Huanglong] To ensure the safe operation of the cable car, Huanglong Scenic Area will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cable car from December 1 to 25, 2024, and carry out maintenance work. It is expected to last 25 days. During this period, the cable car and sightseeing bus will be suspended, and the product will not include the corresponding fees.
  • [Special Note - Sanxingdui Museum] The Sanxingdui Museum requires reservations, and tickets may sell out during peak season; if this happens, we will negotiate with you to change to Panda Valley or Dujiangyan Scenic Area;
  • [Upgrade to Bullet Train Back to Chengdu After Visiting Huanglong Scenic Area] After visiting Huanglong Scenic Area, you can choose to upgrade to a bullet train back to Chengdu, saving 4 hours of travel time. Reference train: C5754 Huanglong Jiuzhai 15:31 - Chengdu East 17:54 or C5798 or other trains, subject to actual ticket issuance.
  • [About Luggage] If you are traveling long distances with large suitcases, please pay attention to the size and quantity of your suitcases. Reference trunk space of common vehicles: 7-seater vehicles can hold 5 24-inch suitcases, and 9-seater vehicles can hold 7 24-inch suitcases. If you have a lot of luggage, please be sure to contact customer service in advance to adjust the vehicle!
  • [About Travel Photography] A Jiuzhaigou travel photography package is included, including: professional photographer; one-on-one makeup artist; 5 shooting locations; 3 professionally retouched photos; no less than 10 original photos. Children are not included in the travel photography package. Travel photography requires reservation and there may be queues during peak season. This is a complimentary item. If the shooting is canceled due to weather or tourist reasons, no refund will be given, please understand.
  • [About Accommodation] This product is a private tour and does not share rooms with other guests. The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, one room for 2 adults. If you are traveling with 3 adults, you can purchase an additional "single room supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you; you can also share one room with 3 adults, and the hotel will arrange an extra bed for you (extra beds in hotels in Jiuzhaigou area are usually folding beds or simple beds, with a width of 0.9-1.0m);
  • [About Local Performances in Jiuzhaigou] There are rich ethnic song and dance performances in Jiuzhaigou. It is recommended to experience 《Jiuzhai Eternal Love》, which tells the story of the historical changes of the local Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups over thousands of years through five stories.
  • Please note that passengers using China's 240-hour visa-free transit are temporarily unable to enter the Jiuzhaigou area and cannot participate in this itinerary!
