don’t buy this scam voucher. I arrived on time and the gallery staff didn’t accept the voucher. completely wasted time and money to book this so-called skip the line voucher. the standard ticket on that day had been sold out and our limited time in Italy trip was ruined. I had filed a complaint to Klook and I still hadn’t received my refund.

I was told to use the QR code to get in, but it didn’t work on site. When I contacted customer service, I didn’t know at first. I insisted that the museum staff said it couldn’t be used before asking again. Later I learned that I had to find the person in the red jacket on site to exchange the ticket? ? ? Fortunately, we had to arrive early to handle it. The page and voucher were not clearly written at all. The customer service staff left directly in the middle of the explanation. It was super baffling.
