Embark on a gastronomic journey featuring the region's most prized treasures from the indulgent Fried Oysters with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce and the delicate Steamed Egg Custard with Morels and Crab to the fragrant braised Grouper Belly with Garlic and Vermicelli.

To elevate your experience each guest will be treated to a premium platter of O-toro, Chu-toro, Red Prawn and Oscietra Caviar 5g (Monday to Thursday Dinner Exclusive) . On Friday, Saturday, and public holiday dinners, a fresh tuna cutting counter will be specially set up, where guests may enjoy unlimited Ōtoro, Chūtoro, and Red Prawn sashimi, along with an additional 5g of caviar.

Our live station serves up sizzling Teppanyaki Wagyu and Golden Dried Oysters (Dinner Exclusive) prepared to order. Complete your exploration with a nourishing bowl of Traditional Buddha Jumps Over the Wall or the comforting Abalone and Seafood Congee in Abalone Sauce for a true taste of the coast.
