The visit to Nizwa Fort (including the souq) and Jebel Akhdar was magnificent. The view from Jebel Akhdar was breathtaking. Mazim, our guide, was knowledgeable and hospitable. He delightedly shared and shown us the history of places and culture. Highly recommended!

The trip to Nizwa fort and Jebel Akdhar was splendid. Our guide Aziz was very knowledgeable and hospitable. First, we roamed in the Nizwa Souk then we visited Nizwa fort (entry charge of OMR 5 was not included in the cost). we experienced very pleasant weather at Jebel Akdhar and beautiful views from the mountain top. Aziz also shared a lot of information about the Falaj system, the village ruins and many others topics during the drive from Muscat to Nizwa & back

As soon as we arrived at the scenic spot, we were taken to the souvenir shop to spend money. In the afternoon, Green Mountain was just a drive-by, stopping at a few viewing platforms for photos. We weren't allowed into the ancient village in Green Mountain. It's such a pity that we traveled so far and couldn't explore that beautiful old village and the stone buildings in the village.
