- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after departure will automatically cancel the trip, the fees will not be refunded, and the itinerary cannot be changed.

- Children under 36 months are free (no seat assignment). Children under 36 months are not provided with sauna clothes or towels.
- During peak seasons/public holidays, the Jjimjilbang may be crowded and admission may be delayed or restricted.
- The elderly and children must be accompanied by a guardian to ensure their safety. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by negligence.
