The app vaguely stated the meeting point. When I messaged to ask, a bot responded with unclear information. On the actual day, I went to the correct location but couldn't find the photographer. People in the building also had no idea. I quickly took a taxi to another location listed in the app. After calling, I found out I had to go back to the original spot, wasting 50 minutes. After the shoot, I still didn't know how I would receive the photos. The photographer's communication was still unclear. Again, messaging the chat resulted in a bot giving unhelpful responses. The price was expensive and not worth it. It would have been more worthwhile to hire a photographer standing at a tourist spot, as you'd get the photos immediately.
