Highly recommended! We went at 10:30 AM on a beautiful day. The pink lake had a deep color and was truly stunning! The scenery was also spectacular. There were 7 people including the pilot, who gave very clear explanations. The airport was also easy to find.

The small aircraft company's signature name was different from the activity content provided. I found it after asking after arriving at the airport. Fortunately, I went early. The pilot was a handsome young man. In addition to explaining what we needed to know before departure, he also chatted with us for a few words. Because it was cloudy that morning, we were a little worried that there would be no sunshine and we might not be able to see the pink color of the lake. However, the pilot told us that he flew over from the natural window in the morning and could see the beautiful lake. I thought that the pink lakes I saw online were only as beautiful as the ones that were filtered later, so I expected there would be a difference in color. But when I looked down at the real thing in the sky, I discovered that the pink was really visible to the naked eye, with colors ranging from deep to light, which was amazing. The pilot flew very steadily and answered our questions one by one. I highly recommend this activity experience!

Booked on klook for this activity at 9am. Was at Kalbarri Airport at 8.30am as it was stated that you need to be at the airport 30 minutes before your flight for our safety briefing and to fill in our preflight document. No one was at the airport. Not a single soul. As there were no telco networks at the airport, we drove back to nearest town and I checked my junk mail. Only 1 day before, Nationwest Aviation sent an email and it didn't state any change of timing. I just happen to see that it was 11am instead of 9am. This greatly affected the rest of our itineraries for the day. Communication between klook and Nationwest Aviation wasn't on par. Klooks says 9am, Nationwest Aviation says 11am. Went back to airport again at 10.30am so we could take the flight. From 10.30 to 11.05am, there wasn't a single soul at all. We decided to leave. Back in town, I received email saying the pilot is there waiting for us, and they ask us to return to the airport now. When we finally reached the airport for the 3rd time, we see a trainee pilot and a captain. They explained aircraft was delayed. However, I felt that these information could have communicated to us better instead of email or calls. There should be someone at the airport to assist us when we were there on time. (Not forgetting we were there 30 mins before the flight.) Flight finally took off at 12pm, ended at 12.45pm. A 45 mins activity, became a 4hours 15 mins for our side. Not to mention the fuel and time wasted for going 3 trips to and fro to the Kalbarri Airport. Scenery was great, but no advisable to go there unless you've got the whole day to wait.

The staff proactively communicated and coordinated the itinerary, the pilots were professional and enthusiastic, and the scenery of Pink Lake was beautiful and well worth the experience.
