Skansen Open-Air Museum is definitely one of Stockholm's must-visit attractions, with a zoo and aquarium also located within the museum grounds. I'm not usually a museum person, but since June 6th was Sweden's National Day, and I heard that members of the royal family would be attending (I was lucky enough to see the King, Queen, and other royals), I bought a ticket. The price was the same as usual. Many small 'shops' showcased what life was like before the Industrial Revolution, which was quite unique. There was also a wood carving experience, and overall, the experience was good. There's a map at the entrance, but I didn't find it very clear, so after entering the park, I gave up on using it and just wandered around. I got a bit lost, but I still managed to explore the entire park. A full day is just right for a visit.
One of our favourite places to go in Stockholm !! We loved seeing the Nodic animals & exploring the older buildings/workshops. The staff are very friendly & infomative. It felt like stepping back in time. We went on a Tuesday, unfortunately, not all the stores were open & we missed out on the reindeers because of renovations. Overall, we highly recommend this open-air museum for adults & children ☺️☺️
We showed it to the cashier at the Kansen and entered immediately without any problems. It is a great open-air museum for both adults and children. Absolutely recommended!
The environment is very spacious and comfortable, and the directions are quite clear. There are various small shops for outdoor dining. The animals' living conditions also appear spacious and well-maintained, suitable for their lives. In some old houses, staff are dressed in period costumes, allowing you to learn about traditional Swedish life.
The environment is great, the park is very large, and there are quite a few animals. It's a wonderful outdoor trip!
Awesome! We loved visiting the Skansen Museum – the traditional culture and animals were so interesting! Plus, the Klook voucher made entry so much easier.
Good walk in the park. Two attactions. Kids will enjoy seeing the animals. Adults may like looking at the old houses.
Price: Cheaper compared to on-site prices Convenience of booking with Klook: You can directly scan the barcode for entry into the park
