  1. "Net Transaction" : refers to the final amount of a transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers/Klook Gift Card/Klook credits. Unposted/ canceled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  2. If the spending time is the same, the ones with higher spending will be selected as the final winner.
  3. This promotion is not applicable to the following categories of transactions: free events, purchases of Klook gift cards, etc.
  4. The prizes-winning users will be notified by email on or before 30 November 2024, and the winners must follow the instructions specified in the email to receive the reward.
  5. Participants of this promotion must accept Klook’s relevant rewards and latest notifications via email and push notifications.
  6. Each user can only enjoy the prize once during the promotion period.
  7. Part of the prizes in this promotion are provided by Klook’s partners. Any inquiries or complaints related to products should be directed to relevant parties and Klook will not be responsible for them.
  8. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Where any element of any prize is unavailable, an alternative of similar value will be provided, at Klook’s discretion. Any extra costs beyond the value of the prizes will be the responsibility of the winner.
  9. In the event that the winner, for any reason, does not accept the prize or any element thereof, then the prize (or the relevant element) will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that forfeited prize (or the relevant element).
