We were late 5 minutes going to Busan but we bought tickets from Klook. My first time using Klook app, I paid for 4 people. They told me to cancel ticket but I had a problem with the klook app, I can’t cancel that time. I have to pay again for 4 people. I wish their is a little bit leniency for foreigners traveling, to admit us to next scheduled bus and not let ys pay again especially that Language is very difficult here. We love to visit Korea and I hope there should be a little help for us.
