Fantastic

Stayed with partner

I had a comfortable stay, but there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. Hilton Garden Inn Sagod is currently under renovation, and upon arrival I was informed that I would be moved to the Afrosiyob building next door. Unfortunately, there was no advance communication about this change, so my van dropped me at the Sagod entrance and I had to move all my luggage myself from one building to the other. Once settled, the experience improved significantly. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities. The hotel also offered great dining options, and the staff in the Afrosiyob building were helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good experience, but clearer pre-arrival communication would make it even better.

If on youth territory "ecological" summit, why we must pay 3x price for taxi only on hotels cars? Why we must eat on hotels restaurants, because other on the territory close for "special" guests? Cleaning is very poor, no vacuum clean, every day dirty carpets, dirty balcony, dirty dishes. 50/50 you can get coffee, tea, sugar, or you cant) Breakfast for 15$ each person (for this country its very expensive btw) soooo baaad! Mean while, if u conduct summit or another big and close events, u must give free transport to the city, free food delivery, and other services for ur guests. Ur even do note give some discount for room or, for example, free breakfast and dinner. This stay is minus 10 stars!

Good

Solo stay

The hotel was lovely. I didn't get to enjoy the surrounding area, as I had a late check-in and early morning check-out for my train ride to Bukhara. While the room I initially had was lovely, the guests across from my room were smoking cigarettes inside their hotel room. It was so strong that it infiltrated throughout my room due to ventilation systems. At round 1 to 2 am I called the front desk and the gentleman working was very helpful in confronting the guests and telling them to stop, he also got me into a new room. I appreciate him doing that. While I know this is something the hotel cannot control (i.e., guests smoking in the rooms despite the visible sign in the room forbidding one from smoking or else a fine would be issued), I cannot rate the hotel that high in terms of comfort. It took a whole hour for me to get my room, when I could have been sound asleep. I slept poorly. The room I was put in was not in as good shape, i.e., it was a bit worn and torn. Nonetheless, I would like to say thanks to the young man who checked me in as well as Bekhruz in the restaurant for their welcome and dining service, respectively.
