My stay at The Clan Hotel Singapore was excellent. The hotel offers a modern, elegant atmosphere with comfortable rooms and attentive service. Its central location made exploring the city convenient. Overall, it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay for my 3D2N there. The hotel was of a really good location (close to Chinatown, Clarke Quay, Tanjong Pagar & MBS) where you have access to restaurants and places of interest. The general vibe of the hotel was also minimalistic and cool. A free welcome reception was provided when I first checked in, whereby a cup of tea and tau sa piah was served. The hotel room was of a desirable size and most amentities were provided - even the 2 bottles of juice and soft drinks were complimentary. Booking of the pool was easy and the view from there was really beautiful - you can even try to book the times between 6-7pm to catch the sunset. Gym is opened 24hours but I had so many things planned on hand that I didn’t go for it. As I was there to celebrate my birthday, the hotel staff also took notice of it and left me a slice of cake and a note in the room, which was a really pleasant surprise. I love The Clan Hotel and I hope to stay here again!

This is our first time booking a 5-star hotel in Singapore to celebrate both my fiancée's and my birthdays in May. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. The TOTO bidet remote control was faulty, and we had to contact the hotel service line to send a technician to rectify the issue. Furthermore, we discovered that the espresso coffee machine was also not working properly. Despite the technician's efforts, a replacement machine had to be requested. On the bright side, the other amenities and facilities, especially the gym and pool, were good. A special mention goes to Master Phua, who provided exceptional service during the tea ceremony.

I've had one of the best staycations in Singapore. Was having a birthday celebration at the Clan Hotel, and Hotel Staff Haaddi assisted in checking in me while my bf was parking the car. Once I was done, everything was already settled down. FAST! After which, we went for the tea ceremony, which was conducted by Master Phua. He explained the history of the tea leaves they re using, as well as the reason behind the pastry (Yam Pastry) that came with the Oolong Tea. We were truly mesmerised by the whole tea experience! We happened to come across Hotel Staff Ivan, who presented himself professionally and casually spoke to us about the history the hotel has. Truly amazing gentlemen. These 3 gentlemen represented the hotel exceptionally well. I can't wait for my next staycation here!
