One of the lady front desk staffs was not very helpful and not knowledgeable.She gave different instructions from the other staffs which we need to correct and caused confusion.She kept saying that we need to pay extra breakfast for our 2 year old also which the policy says 3 and below is free.Not as nice as you see on tiktok.It is warm in the hallway.Weird because they don't want us to use the minifridge.The only hotel i have ever been who doesn't want to plug in the fridge.But we had a very great housekeeper whose name is Lester.He was very organized which we appreciate it.

The hotel is in a convenient area and the room was spacious. Everything was in good working order, though I was surprised that the TV wasn’t a smart TV so you’re limited to basic cable channels. In 2026, most travelers expect built-in streaming options. Hopefully they can upgrade soon.

The hotel has a Europe vibe. The whole room smells clean. We stayed on the 9th floor, so it's a bit peaceful. We weren't able to try their restaurant food though cause we had other options then. They allow outside food though. Their breakfast I can say is fine, a 7 out of 10. Bit sad cause my favorite bacon is missing.
