This is a first class hotel with ultra-luxury common areas and guest rooms. The most positive aspects are the views from the infinity pool to the Burj Khalifa, the room amenities such as ipad to plug your music in the room sound system and the excellent cleaning service which includes room make up twice a day. A negative aspect was the desorganization if the staff during the breakfast time. Waiters seemed overwhelmed and managers would just walk around not showing any interest in how the guests are doing. I could not get a coffee despite asking for it 3 times.
