False advertising, the room looked nothing like the pictures, the walls were very dirty, the bathroom walls are made of cardboard, you could hear the other person using the toilet, shower was incredibile small, no fridge available, you can't eat or drink in your room, the safe needed a key which we haven't given, internet didn't work and check in was through a machine that is not easy to use. Worst place I ever stayed. Just don't!!!!

Room didn’t match pictures. Mouldy shower and smell of mould throughout the room. Even the AC unit was blowing a mouldy smell. Unluckily, we didn’t have a great experience mainly because we didn’t get the room we booked for, and I don’t believe that room exists at all. The room pictures are fake .

Es una excelente alternativa por la ubicación ya que esta cerca de todo, limpio y accesible.

The place is filthy. The staff does not exist. Check in is a nightmare. And they don’t have a place to storage your bags. Do not stay here.

The checkin process was far too long, No one available to help, when called number given for assistance, No response/help. Once in property room Was clean but basic, needs a lick of paint, was in a good location close to all amenities and metro close by. All was ok except checking in for that reason I would NOT stay here when next in Madrid

Everything you read in the low review comments turned out to be true. Check in process was not great. There was a huge line in front of the checkin machine. All the tourists were frustrated. You can call or send a WhatsApp messages but it's really up to the hotel staff probably working from home remotely to respond. They gave me a room very far inside the building where I could not even get a phone reception. WiFi wasn't working either. I messaged them but got ignored. I gave up. After all, it was my fault for choosing a cheap hostal. The building and my room smelled off so I wanted to get a fresh air so I opened the window and boom just cockroaches. It was really uncomfortable throughout my stay. That being said, the location is great. I was able to walk to all the popular places. I felt safe in the area as well. Good thing about staying this hotel was that it was so gross that it forced me to stay outside and explore Madrid as much as I can as opposed to stay inside the hotel.

MUY LIMPIO PERO ALGO APRETADAS LAS HABITACIONES , SE NECESITA AL MENOS UNA PEQUENA NEVERA Y SECADORES DE PELO .POR LO DEMAS BIEN EXCEPTO EL CHEKING MUY SOFISTICADO ESO CREA PROBLEMAS E INCERTIDUMBRE PUES NO VES A NADIE RESPONSABLE Y CUANDO EL STAFF QUE HACE LA LIMPIEZA SE VA NO SABES A QUIEN DIRIGIRTE RECOMENDACIONES.

hola es hostal muy tranquilo y limpio , el sistema de check in algo complicado se hace fila para checkiar es muy dificil no tener recepcionista , recomendaciones alguna pequena nevera en las habitaciones y secADOR DE PELO . POR LO DEMAS UN POCO ESTRECHAS PERO BIEN LIMPIAS

Es un barrio muy ruidoso, actualmente poca accesibilidad por trabajos de calle, sistema check-in poco claro e ingreso dificultoso, teléfono de contacto no funciona para extranjeros, tuve que solicitar ayuda a través de contacto en España. Tarjeta para ingresar al dormitorio estaba mala y puerta entrada al sector no abría con la clave. Y también le pasó a otros pasajeros.
