had a birthday celebration there and was good. they set up room and they really enjoyed the stay.

Acacia Hotel Alabang has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m staying in the Alabang area. The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to Westgate, which is a big plus for dining and other nearby establishments. They have a good amount of parking available, although the spaces can fill up pretty quickly, especially during busy periods. The hotel itself can also get quite crowded at times. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. One thing I particularly appreciate is the cleanliness of their bedsheets—I’m quite sensitive to dust and certain bedding, but I never experience any itching when staying here, which for me is always a good sign that the linens are well maintained. Overall, Acacia remains a reliable and comfortable choice in Alabang, and it’s a hotel I’m always happy to come back to.

Superb experience. They are all kind and helpful with respect. I love the location, it is near the mall. Even the restaurant serves good food. I will surely be back.

had a good stay except for a slightly traumatic first night when the room next to us banging the adjoining door at 12Am. When we reported it to the front desk they denied it .Hotel staff said they’re having problem communicating with them since they can’t speak English that well, so for our peace of mind we asked them to transfer us to any available room coz we don’t feel safe anymore. I just thought that the hotel should be extra mindful which guest they will put on the rooms with adjoining doors.

i expect a free bottled water not a water on a pitcher. the room we booked is good for 2 adult but we only have 1 bathrobe. towels are not white looks old or dirty. room is not sound proof, we're located at the 4th flr with city/street view, we can hear the vehicles outside loud & clear. AC is difficult to operate.

All had been courteous, though there wasn't any welcome decor in room and wasn't expecting anything since I was billeted in the under engineering renovation floor even as a royal due to as klook booked and as only arrived in an e-taxi only but was attended to immediately with my bags. Appreciated and complimented the crew save as I wanted a quiet overnight stay only without funfare. Saw the ref late and no microwave noted. The trainee Gian has been curt and good too. Acaci provided efficient crew but still I can't savor all the breakfast edibly on menu. Overall I did enjoy my sport marathon run within the city and quiet stay. Wishing to have time to go for a swim only as only left thing undone. A welcome drink was hopefully seen at the corner of the lobby that I overlooked too. I'll be back October 2026 for another Marathon sports to attend.
