Location was good. There is a bus stop right at the front of hotel, 7-eleven just beside. Staffs are courteous. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The downside is that the room we got (rm 201) was facing the road, so if you are a light sleeper, it can be a problem. They do provide earplugs though. Another downside is that the TV has limited channels that work.

Booked a superior room but when booking in, the staff told us that they were facing a shortage of the room I booked. She gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room w window. pleased w that. Staffs are polite too. Carpet has mold, bedside tables and pantry tray are v dusty. Sunken bed and a little dusty sheets. Toilet door gaps have dirts, side of the sink is yellowish. Shower glass door missing, making the toilet wet and slippery. Windows gaps have lots of dust accumulated. Window is facing the bus stop - room w windows facing bus stop is not recommended for light sleepers etc. Overall, a relaxing stay w my partner - room was pleasant, atmosphere not too bad, around the stay have lots of eateries, a v short walk to the mall and nice views. Would recommend it as a decent stay if u don’t mind the dust and all.
