staff are so nice and approachable yet the hotel is not so good to stay with maybe because it is old already we experience inside water problem and maybe because there is bad weather in the past few days anyway i have four star thank you

The hotel staff were accommodating and the place was peaceful, but there are a couple of things future guests should know. The water supply in the CR/bathroom was inconsistent during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the hotel is located uphill, so getting there may be challenging for guests without private transportation or for those not comfortable with steep walks. Overall, the stay was okay, but I hope these concerns can be improved for future guests.
