hotel location: is very close to the ferry port. service: very mindful of the details of our trip. they even reminded us about our early breakfast to make sure we make it on time for our ferry ride back to El Nido. cleanliness: room is very clean and smells great.

I love the room and their AC is super strong. I also like their breakfast buffet choices and their accommodating and alert staffs and guard. They also have a good view deck and their own port. What I didn’t like about it is the pool that is a little dirty and we even saw a dead cockroach floating when we swim. The tiles on their pool stairs are also peeling off that you might hurt you feet when you step on it. The water on the shower, faucet, and even in bidet are so hot! We tried to adjust the temperature but the valve seems to be not working because it’s still giving hot water whichever way we turn it. I also wanted to give a feedback to the receptionist who didn’t even informed us that our van for our tour is already waiting outside. The receptionist didn’t also informed us when we checkout that we are clear to go. We have waited at the lobby for almost 20mins until we have decided to ask and that’s the only time they told us that we are clear.

Our short stay is good because of the very accommodating staff. And also the free lounge in the airport is very convenient we stayed there longer than we expected because of our delayed flight.
