Great location and the staff was great. Complimentary drinks and snacks available day and night were also significantly elevated the stay. There are also a couple of computers you can use in the common area. Via Hotel Loft also located to many eateries in the area, Family Mart is right outside, a pharmacy is around the corner, a 5-minute walk to the MRT station; its location is a gem. Will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Deluxe Twin Room, 2 Double Beds, No Windows · 3 Adults · 2 Nights

We arrived earlier from our flight so we asked the staff if can drop off our luggage the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They let us in prior from our 3pm chek-in( just to leave our lugguges). The hotel was accessible to MRT and walking distance stores and its very safe even at night. Thank you! There's a lot of snacks and drinks in the 2nd Floor lounge🫶🏻😊.

great location four minutes walk to MRT station lots of restaurants near by , staff very friendly and helpful,free snacks,soft drinks and coffee room is very clean bathroom is big and water pressure is great, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a residential building complex, they occupy the entire 2nd and 3rd floor. they have 24hr lobby and lounge -with free bottled water, coffee. the interior of the room was clean, carpeted, the furnishings, toilet is newly renovated, AC is cool, bed is comfy too. there's 7/11 and family mart nearby. BUT the very big problem is the soundproofing of the rooms, you can here a LOT from nearby rooms - from TV, to conversations, to you know...
