We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the service was good, and the staff were accommodating. The location was also convenient for getting around. There were a few minor issues, but overall it was a comfortable and worthwhile stay

Nice hotel as it is located in downtown. All of your needs is within reach, just few steps away from the hotel. Fastfoods, pharmacy, market. Plus points is their parking area inside, your car is safe. And appreciate the free cake on Christmas Eve for every room.

Very accessible location considering that the hotel is located downtown. Room is clean. I鈥檓 not sure if the shower head was broken, I wasn鈥檛 able to figure it out. Hot water/Cold water is working though! Would be soo much better if the INTERNET CONNECTION was good. 馃ス

location is good - it is within the city center and just near restaurants and SM. Complimentary bfast is available - platted not buffet. On our second day, since the hotel resto is closed, we were ask to take our bfast in the nearby resto which seems to be also owned by the hotel鈥檚 owner. Hot shower is not working, but hot water is available in the faucet.
