Got an upgrade when checking in. Room nice and spacious with great view of wynn palace fountain below. WC had a strong smell of smoking but was a non smoking room which was a shame.

No check-in allowed until 3pm. After that. Check-in process went quickly. Had my room key by 305pm. Plenty of restaurants, of course, and a Starbucks. But none of the food was cheap. Room was fairly small.

Not sure if its due to covid, most staff do not have genuine smile. Room facilities is average not recommended as 5 star hotel. Appreciated the effort to put up decorations for birthday
