hotel is overall good, the deal with KLOOK is a rip off… paid over HK$8,000 for 2 Coldplay tickets at HKD1,699/ticket the rest (little over HKD$5,000) was for 1 night at Conrad, at check in we got a standard room no breakfast…. luckly I made a serious complain! HKD5k for a standard room no breakfast is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Booked a package with HK$1200 dining credits so it recovered a substantial portion of the cost! Decently large room with a nice view, though it does suffer some wear and tear. Comes with an adorable Conrad bear!

Great location property Room decor is visibly aged but the upkeep is top notch, that being said, I would very much welcome a major renovation of this property especially in the rooms and corridors. Staff very helpful in answering my enquiries, great attitude. Killer views of the Victoria harbour, but do try and grab rooms on higher floors to avoid views being obstructed by office building in front.
