it was Christmas season and of course , going and finding the hotel is quite chaotic . the entrance of the hotel is quite vague…. you have to go through the mall to get to the hotel and not much signage pointing towards it … the room itself is really nice . comfortable bed and good shower ..

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Ascott Makati. The location is extremely convenient—right in the heart of Makati and close to malls, restaurants, and key business areas. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Amenities were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, or anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay in Makati. Would definitely book again through Klook.
