As my first time , this hotel is so awesome. For the room, its big but not that luxury (just ordinary, since this is the cheapest). Breakfast was yummy and a lot, make sure u take breakfast included. (worth the price). Food in the resto so expensive, make sure u bring snacks or instant noodles from outside. The best and awesome view is the garden behind the hotel, sooooo good sunset. I can walk with beautiful sunset. And we can enter the other 2 disney hotels. They are connecting from the back , open until 22.00. Good for walking and jogging during sunset.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful. The pool was nice and had plenty of unbrellas for shade and a fun water slide. The added perks like the Disneyland Park shuttle and being able to have park purchases delivered to the hotel was a bonus.

Staffs in the restaurant are rude. We just stayed like 10 minutes inside the restaurant because they want us to leave at exactly 11 am. imagine they charged VERY EXPENSIVE not worth it

Our stay at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel was truly a magical experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warmth and friendliness of the Cast Members, who made us feel so welcome and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, but what made our stay even more meaningful was seeing the happiness and excitement on our 4-year-old son’s face throughout our visit. Every little Disney detail made him feel like he was part of the magic. The convenient transportation to Disneyland, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the wonderful service made everything so easy and enjoyable for us as parents. This trip created beautiful memories that our family will treasure for a long time. Thank you to everyone at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We truly loved every moment and would absolutely love to come back again!

Under the new regulation, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels are prohibited from providing for free toiletries packed in disposable plastic containers, toiletries made of plastics and disposable plastic-bottled water in the guest rooms. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels suggest that travelling guests bring their own toiletries to participate in the “reduce plastic” initiative and help minimize the use of disposable plastic products. For Guests staying at Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Guests can purchase a toiletries set (for 4 guests) at the Hotel Front Desk at HKD$40 upon check-in. The in-room plastic-bottled water are replaced with filtered water dispensers. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel will start exterior renovation works by phases from Nov 2024 and the work will last for approximately 14 months.
