I recently stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel and it was a beautifully immersive experience that felt like stepping back in time—without sacrificing comfort. The hotel is nestled in the Al Seef district along the Dubai Creek, surrounded by traditional architecture, cobbled pathways, and wind towers. The design is inspired by old Emirati homes, which gave a unique charm to our stay. Each room is located in a separate “bayt” (house), so it feels like you’re staying in a real heritage village. Our room had a lovely view of the creek, and the interiors were thoughtfully decorated with authentic local touches—brass lanterns, wooden doors, and traditional fabrics. Despite the heritage feel, all modern amenities were present: comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, spacious bathroom, and even a Nespresso machine. What I loved: The location: Perfect for exploring the historic parts of Dubai like Al Fahidi and the souks. The ambience: Peaceful, culturally rich, and Instagram-worthy at every turn.
