There was no hot water. The airport shuttle was not free. The breakfast was okay but not great. The parking garage was difficult to get in and out of. It was close and convenient but I hoped for a little bit more.

There is no Internet on the Wi-Fi. You have only 2 MB per second..
Showerhead are really bad than the water is only getting warm!
There is no shuttle to that hotel so you have to get rip off by the taxi drivers at the airport charging $60 for 2 minutes drive!

We reserved this hotel because of proximity to airport and they offer a shuttle to and from hotel to airport. Upon arrival at airport we were notified that they no longer have that shuttle service.
We ended up spending &57.00 on a 8 min taxi trip from airport.

FantasticSolo stay
I showed up late at night with no reservation. I dealt with a gentleman (I forgot his name) at the frontdesk when I arrived. He was the most compassionate and caring human being. He helped me book a room and offered me water and all after I explained the kind of unfortunate situation I was in. I had a comfortable stay for the night and left the next morning for my flight. We need more people like him. He was genuinely caring. Thank you for your help. I wish I wrote your name down.

Parking underground was crazy it was the most narrow driveway if you don't have a small car you would have never made it out Wi-Fi was down

Fantastic I just needed somewhere to clean near the airport to catch my flight in the morning and this was perfect.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The airport shuttle was great. The breakfast was really good too, they actually used real eggs which is amazing! most hotels just seem to use a gross soy/egg mixture from a box, but comfort inn used real eggs 😍
