Amazing location right on the beach with great restaurants near by.
We had no power for 24hours which also meant no water pressure (impossible to shower). this hotel did not have a generator

Chambre degeulasse Ă lâarrivĂ©e, pleine de toiles dâaraignĂ©es et dâaraignĂ©es, pas de filet pour les insectes. Lit horrible, chambre sale, 2 pouces dâĂ©pais de crasse sur le dessus de lâair climatisĂ©, literie tachĂ©e. Vu les nombreuses araignĂ©es dans la chambre jâai demandĂ© Ă changer de chambre, on mâa rĂ©pondu que pour avoir une chambre propre jâallais devoir payer plus cher. Jâai donc payĂ© un supplĂ©ment pour une chambre nettoyĂ©e convenablementâŠcette chambre lĂ Ă©tait en bien meilleur Ă©tat. Par contre, Aucun service, le personnel nâest dâaucune aide. Ils sâen foutent complĂštement. HĂŽtel nâest pas du tout reprĂ©sentatif des photos, ça tombe en ruine.
Les heures prĂ©vues pour le petit dĂ©jeuner ne sont pas respectĂ©es (on nous a dit 7h Ă 9h mais toujours servi en retard entre 7:30 et 7:45..Ă prĂ©voir si vous avez une excursion de prĂ©vue!) le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres, seulement dans le lobby. Aucune bouteille dâeau de fournies dans les chambres, il faut payer pour des bouteilles dâeau. Aucun shampoing juste du savon de fourni. Ătat gĂ©nĂ©ral de lâhĂŽtel laisse Ă dĂ©sirer comparer aux photos de lâannonce. Mais le pire vraiment, câest le service qui a Ă©tĂ© horrible sur toute la ligne.

Accommodation was a bit rustic but the customer service was exemplary. Friendly and endlessly helpful the staff at the White Sands Bungalows enhanced my Zanzibar experience!

Quaint little hotel located on the beach at the south end of Jambiani. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is served each morning with a selection of fruit followed by a choice of eggs and pancakes. The restaurant isnât really geared up for much else and doesnât open in the evening, but there are a nice choice of restaurants in both directions along the beach. Only critism would be that staff arenât particularly well trained on hospitality and customer service aside of what seemed to be âthe managerâ Jocher who was very helpful, but obviously not always available.

The hotel staff was superior. After having a terrible time finding the place in the evening, tired from a long day we got here and our room was not what we thought we were getting nor was it ready. Weird as they knew we were coming but did Not seem ready for us. After ordering diner we ate, felt better and finally got a proper room. Hard evening. However next day was perfect. From morning breakfast we went for a walk on the beach, swam in the pool! Breakfast was perfect and really good. Good in general is superior. The owner really took special care of us and we even got super late check out! A wonderful ending to our trip. I would come again and stay longer. Felt so at home it was embarrassing. Thought we were taking too much space! Very grateful for my Tanzanian brothers taking such good care of my family and o. Plus points: daughter and wife loved it! Very relaxing! Will come again
