I had a very positive experience at the Ibis hotel in Budapest city . The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The location was excellent and very convenient, with easy access to all main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice and clean, good facilities and well located. Room was the temperature of the su. With thermostat showing 23.5 degrees AT NIGHT. Air con didn't work, opening the window cooled things but as it's by a very busy road it made the room very very loud

The hotel room was great! Convinient area. Only thr breakfast circumstenses are unacceptable in the hotel. As hotel guests paying for the service should have priority to eat and tables! One day we had 77 outsiders eating in the breakfast area! Having 77 outsiders eat at the same time can overcrowd the breakfast area. Hotels typically manage this by using a system to ensure only paying guests get breakfast, such as requiring guests to show a room number or present a coupon, and they should implement a limit on how many non-guests can eat to prevent this issue from occurring again! Here I guess...no limit.

Room completely subpar. Beds flimsly single beds that slide on the floor with the slightest movement and even nearly tipped over. Mattresses cheap and thin. Curtains had holes in them. Aside from the location being excellent the room was akin to a cheaper end university hall. Would have been somewhat more acceptable if it was not so extortionate for what was received.
