The Hotel is situated in Grouville on the south east coast of Jersey. At the east end of the bay is the picturesque harbour of Gorey nestled beneath the historic Mont Orgueil Castle. The first tee and the clubhouse of the golf club are approximately three hundred meters away. Members of associated clubs may hire clubs from their Pro Shop and for a “visitor green fee” guests may enjoy playing this famous eighteen hole course. There is a good selection of shops in the vicinity as well as coastal paths and country lanes to explore on foot, bicycle or by car. The hotel's original granite farm buildings date back to 1636 and the public rooms have retained a traditional style, whilst the rest of the accommodation is of a spacious and modern design. It is the idyllic spot for the traveller who wishes to be away from the hustle and bustle of town life.
