This hotel by far was best customer service and atmosphere!!! Dora at the front desk during check in was so kind to help us find my husband’s missing passport that fell out of his pocket in car transfer from airport. We were V level and the service at breakfast was impeccable!!! Everyone was so kind!! They knew it was our 25th anniversary and surprised us with heart petals and champagne!!! Bubbly hour was always so nice!! We really enjoyed lunch after the beach at restaurant and swimming in the Adriatic Sea was fantastic!!! The 6 bus is right outside of hotel to old town and was so convenient to go to the walls and dinner at night!! Perfect place to stay!! Thank you Valamar!! ❤️

make sure you get the top floor we were in suite 7014 suite 8010 kept waking us up at 730 am with her walking on the floor sounded like thunder happened every morning and even
