GreatStayed with kids
The staff were really nice, the food was excellent. The kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean. The kids had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding.
Warmer linen would help as it was quite cold at night. The buffet was great but occasionally there were issues with getting cutlery and the kids buffet kept running out and it took a while to refill
Other than that highly recommend

Great Staff amazing. Breakfast included had some good points, the omelette chef deserves a medal as he’s doing so much. All the food in Bain Marie stone cold each day and bacon unable to be chewed. Such shame as staff on the floor work so hard. We did notice a senior staff member standing, over staff watching but he,didn’t lift a finger to help them.
The biggest fault in the hotel is the internet. It is,almost non existent so as a business owner I can’t have a full holiday and need wifi so my day to day can be handled.
I praise the staff but unsure if management is on top of the problems.

FantasticStayed with friends
Probably the best place to stay in Vanuatu. Only real downside was buffet. Dinner didn’t have too many vegetarian options.
Heaps of activities, kayaking they will teach you how to sail, paddle boarding. Had a little mini Gym on the waterfront. Highly recommend the bungalows on the water Laguna that was amazing view definitely stay at a resort in Fiji because there’s not much else to do in the country.

GoodStayed with kids
The resort was a little run down. We stayed in a lagoon view bungalow right at the end of the resort and could not get any wifi signal. Pool was amazing.

GreatStayed with family
The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and I’d like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Overall, the team across the resort were friendly, kind, courteous, and very helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens that create a lovely atmosphere. The snorkelling was a highlight, and having complimentary equipment available was a great bonus.
We also enjoyed the recreational facilities and had fun using the pool table, table tennis, and tennis courts, although some of the equipment could benefit from being updated or replaced.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable; however, the bathrooms could use a refresh and a more modern look. We also found that towels, body wash, and other toiletries were not replenished daily, so we needed to request these items. Beach towels were sometimes unavailable as they were frequently being washed or dried, which meant having to wait.
It would also be helpful to provide guests with a little more local information on arrival, such as typical taxi costs and shop opening hours, particularly noting that some shops close from midday on Saturdays.
Great pools, outdoor activities, well kept resort, with beautiful staff.
We would recommend you to stay here - we loved it

GreatStayed with partner
Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.
