I stayed here for one week, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent it’s close to everything, making it very convenient. The rooms were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. I would also like to commend Ram for being very accommodating. Whenever I had a request, she attended to it promptly. I also appreciate the Kevin security guard, who willingly helped me carry my luggage. Their kindness and excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable. There were a few areas that could be improved. The shower heater in my room wasn’t working, and although I reported it immediately, I was only transferred to another room on my third day. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, the main entrance door was sometimes difficult to open, and there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. With a few improvements to the facilities and guest services, the experience would be even better.
