The hotel reception was open 24/7 for after midnight arrivals. In saying that, we asked for location and transport, information was inaccurate. Airport express was not available after midnight. Although we were able to catch the bus from the airport, we had to walk from the bus station to the hotel. Finding your way at 2:00 am in the morning after a long flight is not fun.

Good hotel between ximending and taipei main station. Hotel provide free washing maching, detegent, dryer, microwave, water dispenser, coffee. Also have a weighing scale at the lobby. Staff is nice and greet whenever we walk pass the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. There are numerous convenience stores nearby, so you don’t need to worry about snacks, drinks, or anything else. There are several massage places, and personally, I would recommend 尊足足體養生會館. Just a few minor things that the hotel management needs to pay attention to: 1. The hot water supply in the bathroom is quite difficult to control and is not stable. During the shower, the water can suddenly become very hot. 2. The towels are a bit worn and dated; maybe it’s time to replace them.

Pro: Location is near Z10 exit of Taipei station but exits nearby are all stairs except 1 lift near Z4. Staff is friendly and helpful. Washing machine & dryer are available. Free coffee and tea provided. Con: Cleanliness of room can be improved, room slippers (reusable) and velvet hangers has a foul smell.
