For business

Parking was OK, we had a late check in, the room keys & a map was at reception for us to easily find the rooms. One of the window blinds wasn't working so had light coming into the room early & the toilet tank was chirping like a cricket during the night which was a little annoying. Other than that was a pleasant place to stay.

This a lovely old property which is pretty well maintained for its age. The walls though between our room and loud mouth clown who made a phone call at 1.30am where quite thin. This is not the hotels fault. Just some people are ignorant grubs.

Unfortunately, the bathtub was not functioning as a hot bath (shower only) apparently due to an old pile. Otherwise, pretty room in a gorgeous area of Auckland.

Below average
Room was very tired with stained carpets and drapes, bathroom needed a good refurb too. Included breakfast looks good on the photos, but when we asked about timing the response was somewhat strange and some cereal, fruit and yoghurt was dropped off at our room. No choice, no go pretty poor.
