Excellent location in Banff right downtown. Restaurant had limited menu but was very good. Need grab bars in the shower/bath since it was quite slippery.

The room is clean but the aircon is not properly well distributed too cold in lower part of the room but warm on upper room. NO BREAKFAST PREPARED. TOO EXPENSIVE

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and great for walking. The room was clean and spacious. We had an Expedition so ended up having to pay for street parking since we couldn’t fit in the parking garage and the 4 oversize spots were taken. Would stay here again when in Banff.

Stayed with kids

Too overpriced for the loft with minimal cooling in upper area where the 2 queen beds are, AC is on main floor. The upper room with beds had no full window and no blinds either for sun. The sink area in w/r is small and small mirror (not full length) in living room did not serve 5 guests well. Staff is friendly.

Location was great, staff was amazing but the hotel room was very warm out… dents and scratches on the doors, shower floor was all scratched and looked dirty. It’s been somewhat renovated but not well done.
